Cycle routes in Berlin and Brandenburg
In Brandenburg and Berlin it is nice to cycle. Numerous new cycle paths have been built in recent years, including "premium paths" such as the Flämingskate. Gurkenradweg - The cucumber is certainly the best-known product of the Spreewald and its surroundings. The cycle path leads over fields and through places that are closely connected with the cultivation of the popular vegetables.
Havel cycle path - The Havelland cycle path creates a cross connection between the Elbe cycle path near Havelberg and the Berlin area. From Havelberg the route leads eastwards through the Havel lowlands to Berlin-Spandau. As the only major city is on the way Rathenow happens. The flat route offers a lot of nature away from the tourist crowds.
Hofjagdweg - The Hofjagdweg follows the paths of the former hunt at the Prussian royal court and leads from Königs Wusterhausen to Lübben.
Crane tour - The Borcheltsbusch nature reserve is a place to sleep for cranes and is the core area of the 200-kilometer circular route. Other cornerstones are Lübbenau and Vetschau in the Spreewald as well as Calau and Luckau.

Lower Lusatian mining tour - "On the trail of the devil" is the motto of the 510 kilometer long cycle path through the Lusatian mining region.

- Trail of stones in northern Brandenburg between Fürstenberg and Templin. 31 km of the 37 km long regional route can be used as a railway cycle path

- Oderbruchbahn cycle path - about 120 km long route east of Berlin (14.5 km of which as a railway cycle path).
- Oder-Havel cycle path - The 52 km long Oder-Havel cycle path begins in Oranienburg (Connection of the long-distance cycle route Berlin-Copenhagen) and leads along the historic Finow Canal to the Oder. over Eberswalde one achieves that Niederfinow boat lift, which is the highlight of the route. From here it gets over Oderberg Reached Hohensaaten on the Oder. There is a connection to the Oder-Neisse cycle path.
