Bichlbach is on the Fernpass road (B 179), which is the main route through the Ausserfern from Reutte to Lermoos and over the Fernpass to the Inn Valley:

Tourist Attractions
- Parish Church of St. Laurentius. A first church is mentioned as early as 1394, the current church building was built between 1733 - 1736 and decorated inside by well-known artists from the region in the baroque style.
- 1 Guild Church of St. Joseph: the only guild church in Austria, built between 1710 and 1718 by Johann Jakob Herkommer from Füssen, baroque interior.
- Location: at the southern end of the village on the road to Berwang.
