Waterfall in Val Vertova
In the province of Bergamo
- 1 Cascade of the Friars - In the municipality of Sovere (BG).
- 2 Serio waterfalls - In the municipality of Valbondione (BG). Formed by three jumps and a total of 315 m. High, they are among the highest waterfalls in Italy.
- 3 Branzi waterfall - In the municipality of Branzi (BG).
- 4 Vò waterfall - Near Schilpario (BG), in Val di Scalve. From La Paghera, an easy path reaches the waterfall in 30 minutes.
- 5 Falls of the Val Vertova - In the municipality of Vertova (BG). They form numerous ponds in an uncontaminated environment.
- 6 Capo Brembo waterfall - In Val Brembana, in the territory of Valleve (BG), near Foppolo, the Cambrembo locality. In winter they turn into an icefall.
In the province of Como
- 7 Vallategna waterfall - In the municipality of Ace (CO). They are about 30 m high.
- 8 Ravine of Nessus - Rocky canyon in the municipality of Link (CO).
- 9 Rescia waterfalls - Formed by the Santa Giulia stream. are located in the Osteno hamlet of the municipality of Claino with Osteno (CO).
In the province of Lecco
- 10 De la Scaleta waterfall - In the hamlet of Ceppo in the municipality of Valmadrera (LC), locality of the Path of the Tubs. An aided path leads to the waterfall, located in a particularly suggestive natural environment.
- 11 Ravine of Bellano - In the municipality of Bellano (LC). It is possible to visit it through an equipped path.
- 12 Cenghen waterfall - In the territory of Abbadia Lariana (LC). The waterfall can be reached with a short one-hour walk along the Val Monastero.
- 13 Troggia waterfall - TO Introbio
- 14 Sprizzotolo waterfall - TO Pasturo, along the Valsassina cycle path
In the province of Sondrio
- 15 Val Nera waterfall - Near Livigno (SO). From Alpe Vago an easy path leads to the waterfall.
- 16 Acquafraggia waterfalls - In the vicinity of Chiavenna (SO) a Piuro. They are a natural monument of the Lombardy Region.
- 17 Pianazzo waterfall - In the municipality of Madesimo (SO).
In the Province of Varese
- 18 Cittiglio waterfalls - In the municipality of Cittiglio (IT GOES). They are formed by three jumps of water from the San Giulio stream. A path from the old village leads to the waterfalls.
- 19 Fermona waterfall - In the municipality of Ferrera of Varese (IT GOES). Reachable with a path that winds from the village.
- 20 Broveda Falls - Near Cuvio (IT GOES).
- 21 Froda waterfalls - On the Lake Maggiore, in the territory of the municipality of Castelveccana (IT GOES). A path in the woods starts from the hamlet of Nasca and reaches the waterfalls after 30 minutes.
- 22 Pesegh waterfall - In the territory of the municipality of Brinzio (IT GOES). A path at the far end of the village reaches the waterfall in about 30 minutes.
