The districts of Sennfeld and Leibenstadt and the hamlets of Wemmershof and Hergenstadt belong to Adelsheim. The city borders on the towns that are also part of the Neckar-Odenwald-Kresi Schefflenz, Seckach, Osterburken and Ravenstein, further neighboring towns are Schöntal in the Hohenlohe district as well Rams, Möckmühl and Roigheim, these are in the Jagsttal and belong to the district of Heilbronn.
