The Creux du Van (speak kʀø dy wɑ) is a large rock circus on the border of the cantons Neuchâtel and Vaud in the Switzerland. It is around 4 km long, 1,200 m wide and up to 500 m deep. The cliffs on the edge are 160 m high.
The Creux du Van has been a nature reserve since 1972.

It is best to travel to the north first Noiraigue, from where it goes up the north side to Creux du Van. From the south where the Lake Neuchâtel you first drive to St. Aubin or Bevaix, both of which are on the lakeshore. From here paths lead to the Creux du Van.
It is also possible to go up the Creux du Van by car or bike.
