Czarna Górna is a mountain town in the voivodeship Subcarpathian in the southeast Poland in the Bieszczady in the Forest Carpathians in the Bieszczady National Park, north of the Solina reservoir. The place is officially recognized as a potential health resort.

The place was founded in 1505 under Wallachian law. With the First Partition of Poland it came to the Habsburgs. After the First World War, the place became Polish again. After the German-Soviet attack on Poland, the place was first occupied by the Soviets and, from 1941, German. From 1944 to 1951 the place was occupied by the Soviets and only came back to Poland in 1951.

By plane
The international Krakow Airport located northwest and the international Rzeszów Airport north of Czarna Górna.
By train
Czarna Górna is accessible by train from Krakow reachable. The place is south of the railway line Nowy Sącz-Sanok. In Ustrzyki Dolne you have to change to the bus. The tourist steam locomotive of the Bieszczady Forest Railway drives southwest of the place.
By bus
Regional buses go to Rzeszów and the surrounding towns.
In the street
The place is on the Big Bieszczaden loop in the Bieszczady National Park. The panoramic road with numerous serpentines is particularly popular with cyclists and motorcyclists.
The country roads DK 28 and DK 84 lead north past the place.
