Kreuzlingen is a Swiss City in the canton Thurgau. It lies at the transition of the Lake Constance to the Submarine and forms the northern border with Germany, directly on the southern Constancy.

Together with the German city Constancythat have grown together, it forms an agglomeration with around 100,000 inhabitants.

In the street
The A 7 motorway begins in Kreuzlingen at the community customs facility. On the German side, the next road is the B 33. From Schaffhausen Here comes main road number 13 and then following the shore of Lake Constance Rorschach respectively.
By train
There are four train stations in Kreuzlingen: Kreuzlingen, Kreuzlingen Bernrain, Kreuzlingen Hafen and Kurzrickenbach Seepark. The Kreuzlingen train station is the most important, as various railway lines are brought together here and thus connections, among other things, in the directions Constancy, Romanshorn and over Weinfelden to Zurich guaranteed. The regional trains (S-Bahn) of the railway company Thurbo serve, among other things, the routes from Romanshorn to Schaffhausen above Stone at the Rhein stop in Kreuzlingen and Kreuzlingen harbor. The Thurbo trains from Constancy to Weinfelden stop en route on the route, among others at Kreuzlingen train station and in Kreuzlingen Bernrain.

Kreuzlingen is the first village on the Swiss side to have a station on the Swiss Way of St. James Einsiedeln, Rapperswil, Friborg to Geneva and then on to the goal Santiago de Compostela is.
