The Rhine route(Ruta dal Rain) leads from Andermatt on the Oberalp Pass along the Rhine to after Basel. The Rhine Route is the Swiss part of the Rhine Cycle Route 's to Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Of Constancy runs parallel on the Baden side of the Rhine Valley Path

When the weather is nice, a strong wind blows up the valley in the afternoon in the Rhine Valley, but when the wind blows, it blows down the valley. Unguarded border crossings between St. Margrethen and Schaffhausen: Border crossing only permitted during the day and with ID.

The Vorderrhein rises near the Oberalp Pass at Lai da Tuma (Tomasee, 2345 m above sea level) and becomes the Swiss Rhine route and the international one Rhine cycle route accompanied to the mouth in the North Sea.
