Geographical notes
The town of Torbole develops between the left bank of the Sarca and the Lake Garda, in the area named Alto Garda and Ledro. Fraction of the Municipality of Nago-Torbole, it constitutes the center of greatest tourist attraction of the Garda Trentino afterwards shore. Evidence on the human presence in the Baldo and Nago area dates back to the Neolithic. - Church of Sant'Andrea. Dedicated to the patron saint of fishermen, the church is located above the town of Torbole. The first mention of the chapel of S.Andrea is in a document of 1175. It is also mentioned in a document of 1183 by Pope Lucius III.
