Ustrzyki Górne is a mountain town in the voivodeship Subcarpathian in the southeast Poland in the Bieszczady in the Forest Carpathians in the Bieszczady National Park, north of the Solina reservoir. The place is the administrative center of the national park. He is on Beskydy main hiking trail, the longest long-distance hiking trail in Poland.

The place was founded before 1529 under Wallachian law. With the First Partition of Poland, the place came to the Habsburgs. It became Polish again after the First and Second World Wars. Even after the Second World War, the Parisian fighting continued. The place was finally evicted and overgrown in the 1940s. In 1956, when the Kremenaros refuge was opened, the village was settled again.
