The 1 Vienna Westbahnhof is the departure station of the Westbahn railway line and one of the most important train stations in Vienna. It is located on the belt between the 15th district and the 6th and 7th district of Vienna on the Mariahilferstrasse. In addition to its function as a traffic junction, it serves as a shopping center through the BahnhofCity Wien-West.
