Schengen area is a region of Europe.

The Schengen Convention aims to eliminate checks at the common borders and introduce a regime of free movement for citizens of the signatory states.

How to get

By plane

There are numerous airports in the area connected with cities outside the same, so just take a direct flight to the destination of interest to get there. However, the nations of Andorra, Vatican CITY, Principality of Monaco, San Marino is Liechtenstein. All of these nations, however, have at least one heliport.

By car

Entry by car is possible from the external borders, in particular from Ukraine is Russia (the enclave of Kaliningrad is entirely surrounded by Schengen states), as well as by Romania is Bulgaria (EU member states but not yet Schengen members).

On boat

Some routes allow direct connection, such as the hydrofoils from Morocco to Spain and ships from Israel to Greece and from Tunisia to Sicily.
