Regnitzlosau is a municipality in the district of Hof in the Bavarian administrative district Upper Franconia in the Hofer Land or in the Bavarian Vogtland. The district of Hinterprex is located on the Bavarian-Saxon-Bohemian border triangle.

Tourist Attractions

  • One can still find it in the town center old farmhouses, the oldest is that Dienisn Heisla, still in traditional wood block construction.

  • Opposite the church is the one built in 1792 Rectory.

  • On April 30th, the broom burning takes place in Regnitzlosau, in Vierschau, in Prex, in Schwesendorf, in Nentschau, Osseck am Wald and in Draisendorf
  • On May 1st, the maypole is erected with festivities in Regnitzlosau, Trogenau, Draisendorf, Vierschau, Prex, and in Osseck am Wald
