Dęblin is a city in the polish Voivodeship Lublin not far from the border to Mazovia at the mouth of the Wieprz in the Vistula. The city is located in the historical region Lesser Poland on the Żelechów plateau in the Sandomirer country, later Stężyca-Country at the edge of Koschnitz Heath. In the interwar period, the Polish Army Aviation School was located here. A museum is reminiscent of the flying school.

The closest international Airport is at Lublin. Other nearby international airports are the Okęcie Airport and the Modlin Airport at Warsaw.

In the street

The road network is being expanded, but it is still relatively thin.

From Berlin the A12 leads to the border Slubice and further than Autostrada A2 to Warsaw. There you change to the expressway S17 direction Lublin. It's not far from there.

Alternatively, from southern Germany and Switzerland you can use Prague and from Austria over Brno drive and then from the Polish-Czech border the Autostrada A1 take to A2.
