Not far from Mulangstrasse are several smaller sights of the Bergparkes Wilhelmshöhe, like the Chinese Pagoda, which are always worth a little detour. After all, that is 2 Mulang Street Edge of the forest of Habichtswaldes reached and the Ederseeweg branches off from the Mulangstraße into the Anthoniweg and further into the graveled Panoramaweg. From this small footpath, which runs right along the edge of the forest, you have a beautiful view of the Bad Wilhelmshöhe district Kassel basin. After the Druselpfad (D) has crossed the Ederseeweg you cross the Drusel and walk on narrow gravel footpaths between the YMCA campus and the Augustinum to the street Im Druseltal, on the opposite side of the street the 3 Druseltal stopbus stopbus stop (Lines 3, 12, 22, 23, 51, 52 and 53) lies.

Once you have passed the end of the tram, you walk past a walking board up a small, steep gravel footpath and into the Habichtswald into it. The Ederseeweg now runs on unpaved forest paths roughly parallel to Konrad-Adenauer-Straße, before it leads down past a water tank to this and the bus stopbus stopZeche-Marie-Weg (Lines 12, 51, 52 and 53) is achieved. After a right turn is then the 10 Vogelrain rest area reached, where there are also two signposts. At the same time, most of the ascent up the Langenberge has been overcome, only to the south of the Vogelrain rest area there is a barely noticeable ascent up a ridge.
