Tholen is a municipality in the east of the Dutch province Zeeland. The municipality lies on the two former islands of Tholen and Sint Philipsland, which are now by the Krabbenkreekdam connected to each other. It consists of the places Poortvliet, Scherpenisse, Sint Maartensdijk, Stavenisse, Sint-Annaland, Sint-Philipsland, Oud-Vossemeer and Tholen itself.
