Zduńska Wola is a historic city in the polish Voivodeship Łódź at the Pichna, a tributary of the Warta, on the Lasker Plateau. The city is located in the historical region Greater Poland. Since industrialization, it has been shaped by the weaving and textile industry as well as the magnificent villas and palaces of the rich industrialists of the 19th century.
