Yaroslavl (Russian Яросла́вль) is a city in Central Russia and administrative seat of the area of ​​the same name.

The city is located at the mouth of the river Kotorosl '(Которосль) in the Volga and is about 280 km from Moscow removed, after St. Petersburg it is about 850 km.
