Pruszków is a historic city in the polish Voivodeship Mazovia in the Warsaw Basin in the metropolitan area Warsaw, west of the Polish capital on the Utrata, a tributary of the Bzura. The city is located in the historical region Warsaw country, part of historical Mazovia that originally became the principality Czersk belonged to.
