kitchen

Pretzel basket

The pretzels are a specialty. The name comes from the fact that aniseed pretzels are or are served on every table during the pretzel weeks, in the carnival season. During these weeks, the various inns have pretzels one after the other. Associated with this are special dishes such as horseradish meat and various roasts. A more elaborate kitchen is operated than usual. Many locals go to a different tavern every week ´auf die Brezen´, so the restaurants are well filled and you have to come in good time to get a free seat.
