Fichtelberg in the Fichtel Mountains is a climatic health resort at the foot of the Ochsenkopf, in the Bayreuth district in the Bavarian administrative district Upper Franconia.

The nearest international airport is the Nuremberg Airport.
By train
Fichtelberg is far away from the railway lines and can only be reached by bus. There are bus connections to the train stations in Willow Hill, Bayreuth and Marktredwitz.
