Trentino-South Tyrol is a region in Northern Italy. It consists of the two autonomous provinces of South Tyrol (Italian: Alto Adige) and Trentino (formerly Welschtirol).

By plane

The nearest international airports are in Verona (100 km south of Trento) or innsbruck in Austria (120 km north of Bolzano).

The Bozen commercial airport (BZO) is only flown to in the summer season in charter traffic, but there are no scheduled flights.

By train

  • Bolzano and Trento are on the railway line between Innsbruck and Verona. All trains that go to Italy via the Brenner Pass stop at Trento station.
