By plane

The airport of the capital of the autonomous region of Andalusia is to the west of Seville.

By train

Seville is connected to the high-speed AVE network (equivalent to the German ICE) operated by Renfe (state railway company). From Seville you can quickly reach Madrid, Barcelona and many other cities.

The highways A-4 to Cordoba, A-92 to Málaga and Granada, A-49 to Huelva, A-66 to Mérida and Cáceres and AP-4 to Jerez de la Frontera and Cádiz run through the province.

The city of Seville has had a metro system since 2009, but so far there is only one line that runs from Ciudad Expo to Olivar Quintos. The metro runs from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and from 7.30 a.m. to 2 a.m. on weekends.
