Cambodia is easy to travel by bus. The buses are available in available qualities and very affordable. From Phnom Penh to Siem Reap it takes about six hours and costs 12 dollars in an air-conditioned bus, for which you get water and a snack. For the most part, the bus travels on highway 6. The quality leaves something to be desired, but hard work is being done everywhere to improve the quality of the roads.
