National parks:

  • Khao Phra Wihan National Park - Preah Vihear, the well-known temple complex of the Khmer, is located in the border area between Thailand and Cambodia and gave the national park its name. However, access to the temple itself has not been possible since the Thai-Cambodian border conflict. There is also a warning against traveling to the area.
