Tourist Attractions
- Sukhothai Historical Park. The area is located 15 kilometers west of the provincial capital and includes the ruins of Sukhothai, the capital of the Sukhothai Kingdom in the 13th and 14th centuries, where the northern region of Thailand is today.
- Si Satchanalai Historical Park. The area around Si Satchanalai was protected in 1961 and has undergone major renovation and restoration since 1976. In July 1988, the Si Satchanalai Historical Park was officially opened. Since December 12, 1991, the historical park has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site together with the Kamphaeng Phet and Sukhothai Historical Parks.
