- Pha Nam Yoi or Phuttha-utthayan Isan (Isan Buddhist Park), over 3000 hectares of forest park around a rock face with Buddhist ruins. On the hill in the center of the park is the 20th century temple Wat Pha Namthip Thep Prasit Wanaram. Its most striking building is the 101-meter-high (allusion to the name of the province, which means "one hundred-one") white and gold-decorated pagoda Phra Mahachedi Chai Mongkhon in the shape of a lotus bud. - Ku Ka Sing. Ruins of an 11th century Khmer temple; in Amphoe Kaset Wisai, a good 60 km south of Roi Et (via the national road 214).
