El Mirador is a ruined city of the Maya in El Peten in Guatemala.

The oldest buildings date back to the 6th century. v. BC back. It reached its peak between the 3rd century. v. And the 1st century AD Like many other cities in the region, this city went into operation in the 2nd century. AD probably due to armed conflict and was abandoned. Numerous finds of spears and arrowheads on the temple grounds support this theory.
